XC Weekly Workouts

PHS XC Week Twenty (10/22 – 10/28)
DISTRICTS WEEK
Monday (10/22) at PHS (3:15 PM):
Warmup – 10-minute Base Run (10 min)
Hurdle Mobility (10 min)
Workout – 3-mile Recovery Run (~30 min)
Cooldown – Group Stretching (10 min)
Tuesday (10/23) at PHS (3:15 PM):
Warmup – Hurdle Mobility (10 min)
Active Warm Up (10 min)
Workout – 2-mile Recovery Run (~20 min)
2x100m fast strides
Cooldown – Group Stretching (10 min)
Visualize and ICE
Wednesday (10/24) JV & VARSITY AT PRINEVILLE FOR DISTRICTS:
Meet at PHS student parking lot at 6:45 AM. The bus leaves at 7:00 AM.
